Healing Terrains retreats are for people with cancer or for those whose lives are affected by a person with cancer. With a healthy rhythm of shared meals, movement, time in nature, and Sacred Circles, we connect with skilled facilitators using a framework from Dr. Kelly Turner’s Radical Remission Project.
Healing Terrains is hosted by Copper Beech Farm, a 100 acre working farm just 15 minutes from downtown Nashville. With cattle, chickens, horses, dogs, cats and plenty of wildlife, the setting is a perfect, slow and unplugged space for our work. Accommodations are small homes with kitchens, all clustered near the main gathering space. Copper Beech Farm has a large electric sauna that can hold up to 12 people.
Meals at Healing Terrains retreats are made with local biodynamic produce, usually grown within a mile of the retreat and all organic products to round out the offerings. Meals are carefully curated to accommodate a variety of eating styles, and are generally low carb as a foundation.
