This weekend retreat is intended for members of the community who work with patients with cancer. We come together to refine our mission with cancer thrivers in a space of nature and connection.

Sample daily program:

SATURDAY - RELEASE, CREATE & REBUILD

8:00 AM - -Guided Breathwork and Qi Gong - perhaps more vigorous than Friday to build energy for the day

9:00 - 10:00 — Breakfast

10:00 -11:30 — ROUND TABLE:  RELEASING SUPPRESSED EMOTIONS Small group breakouts/sharing:  What are we carrying?  What’s ready to be released?

11:30 - 12:30 -  LETTING GO RITUAL PREPARATION  Releasing Suppressed Emotions - building pyre together, write what you’re releasing, share intentions

12:30-1:30 PM - LETTING GO BURNING CEREMONY 

Witness each other, hold space, release together

1:30-2:30- Lunch: prepared and eaten collectively

2:30-3:00- TRANSITION:  Gentle Integration Walk - Solo or pairs, process feelings, shift from release to creation

3:00- 4:00. STRONG REASONS FOR LIVING Tea Circle Sharing:  What makes life worth living?  What gives you purpose?

4:30- 5:30 - RESTORATIVE YOGA

5:30 - 6:00 Break

6:00 - 7:00  Dinner

7:00-8:00— Gratitude Fire Circle Share gratitude for the day, the journey, each other
